Star of Ukraine
A warm beige-brown granite with outstanding polishing properties — one of the most sought-after materials for premium surface finishing. The base tone is a rich warm beige with a golden glow that shows most vividly when polished under artificial light. It is precisely this golden radiance that sets Star of Ukraine apart from more neutral beige granites: the surface looks not merely warm but luxurious — as though lit from within. The pattern is relatively even, with fine darker mineral veins that enliven the background without disturbing the overall harmony. A mirror polish all but dissolves the grain, leaving one continuous, smooth field of colour — the quality architects reach for in prestige spaces: receptions, hotel facades, restaurant countertops. The warm golden beige sits easily alongside walnut, matt brass and cream-white marble.
A density of 2,740–2,770 kg/m³ and water absorption of 0.13–0.24% indicate an exceptionally dense crystalline structure. Compressive strength of 149–172 MPa, a high flexural strength of 35 MPa and low abrasion of 0.26 g/cm² ensure durability. Ideal for memorial monuments, facades, countertops and window sills in the upper price segment.
